I wish I could show you all the pictures now but I am way too exhausted to actually publish a long enthusiastic post, I have been up all day revising for an Economic’s exam, which finally finished at 6ish! Then I was out till midnight and came home and literally just fell onto my bed and took an ermm midnight nap? I woke up at 1AM and here I am being a dedicated blogger and posting this. I am not really sure why, but my sleeping pattern is just very weird! I like to think that it is alined with New York time, since that’s where I truly belong.
Anyway’s I am done giving you the detail’s of my very very very interesting day *hint – sarcasm*, make sure to come back tomorrow for a full outfit post (after I get the 8 hours of sleep)!

I have a love/hate relationship with my closet; sometimes, I get extremely frustrated with it because I can’t find anything and sometimes I feel like my closet is like Narnia. I go in to get one thing and I come out with a whole bunch of new clothes, I had forgotten existed and have not been worn, yet. It is usually impulse buys that I have grabbed in sales months or perhaps even years ago.
My collection of unworn clothes includes anything from a twenty dollar sale shirt to a Lanvin for H&M dress. I partially feel sorry for these clothes (yes, they have feelings in my world) , thus I have set my self a challenge and am to going to be introducing a new feature in which I will hopefully wear everything I haven’t worn in my closet by the end of the year.
This post is just a sneak peak of my first outfit, which I will be styling with this unused old blouse.

In exactly six days, the perfect fashion pair; Miroslava Duma and Tommy Ton will be jetting into the extravagant Symphony boutique for a fabulous fashion meet. I am beyond excited, I simply cannot wait, Miroslava has always been my style icon, along with Anna Dello Russo, who I also got to meet at Symphony’s birthday). I love Miroslava’s style because she is always so simple yet unique, she always stands out to me and if you have been following me for a while you may have realized from my previous post about her. Also, I love Tommy Ton’s work, he is hands down the best fashion photographer, all my inspiration comes from his blog and I have used his images several times on my blog!
If you are in Dubai, this event is one not to miss! Pop by Symphony on the 29th at 11am and 1pm, it is certainly going to be one fashion-filled afternoon! For now, I am wondering what to wear, here is my inspiration…

Playsuit

This post is a bit overdue, but then its better late than never, right?
Anyway’s this is simple playsuit I wore last weekend, although I don’t think I will ever forget shooting it, not because of the playsuit but because something very interesting happened during this shoot that proved the extent of my clumsiness. See, the picture below I am holding on to a wooden plank?
OPPPS! I then slightly trip and the plank de-attaches, although I still manage to hold on to it (below), at this point I am frantically screaming at my sister to help me (who is taking the pictures), but she couldn’t reach it. So, I am stuck and it is FALLING…
(notice how, my sister and I continued the pictures – dedicated team, much?)
IT’S FALLING, FALLING, FALLING (I am panicking in the picture below, hence decided to crop).
And, it FELL. We weren’t hurt, but it is certainly funny when we look back at it now! We just decided to leave the plank conveniently on the side and decided to continue – let’s hope no one notices….

About the outfit, what do you think? I just love this playsuit I have had it for two years and I wear it all the time. I definitely don’t condem full outfit repetition *gasp* *shock* *horror* but I think using basics (e.g. the playsuit) and mixing them with other items is pure fashionista/shopaholic genius!On that note do you recognize it from last week’s post or from my Santa Monica post?
